The First Lady of Indian Fashion, Neeta Lulla, renowned for creating some of the most fashionable trousseaus for the last 28 years, has marked her foray into designing signature homes. The Aliens Group, largest luxury developers in South-India has collaborated with Lulla to design limited edition luxury homes in Hyderabad. Branded Signature Homes, as envisioned by this association, is the first of its kind concept in India by an Indian designer.
The project, Aliens Space Station is a US$ 300 million residential project in Hyderabad with 14 towers comprising premium residences. The triplex penthouses/sky villas in this project boast of a private elevator and a swimming pool inside each apartment.
Neeta Lulla will now translate her stylish vision from the fashion world to the realm of interior design. Her designs will cover four distinct and iconic themes: Vintage, Traditional, Contemporary and that will sold by invitation only.
Elaborating on her association Neeta Lulla said, “Interior spaces are a stimulating area of design and one that I am passionate about. This step feels like a natural evolution in my career. For me, a home however elaborate should be about comfort and ease. I have conveyed that vision spelling the comfort in the grandeur yet tasteful settings. Each of these luxury homes will claim its own unique style and personality“
The idea is to allow a discerning buyer to buy a branded luxury home off-the-rack, the way you would buy a haute couture dress.

I’m Nivedita Jayaram Pawar
Journalist, Writer, Media Consultant, Blogger, Yogini…
Like most journalists I started with the Free Press Journal and went on to work with the Indian Express Group.
However my longest stint was as an Editor and Chief of Bureau with the Images Group where I headed a host of magazines like FNL, Retail, Business of Fashion, Salon International and Food Service International. This is where I spruced up my business writing and specialised in Retail related stories. Somewhere in the middle of all of that, I found time to be a wife and mother.
A little more about me.
RIGHT HERE, RIGHT NOW.
Right now I am living the life of an entrepreneur, one that doesn't involve climbing the corporate ladder, appraisals or retirement plan – instead, paving my own road, learning new things, living fully and taking on new challenges each day.
My writing has been featured in: Times of India, Indian Express, Indian Auto, Outlook, Retail, Architectural Digest, Grazia, Business of Fashion, Hindustan Times, The Man, Man's World, Deccan Chronicle, BBC Good Food...
